Shipping & Returns


All items are shipped FedEx Home Delivery and are properly packaged and insured for their full value. Our packing meets the ISTA packing requirements to be considered safe.

Please keep in mind this is for a custom made to order item and will ship when completed, normally 7-10 Business days excluding holidays or vacations. Additional shipping cost may be required depending on shipping zone. To expedite delivery please call.

Damaged merchandise: If your merchandise arrives damaged, all packaging inside and out must be saved and clear photos of the damage are required at time of delivery and must be sent to my e-mail I can then contact the shipper and be issued a call tag for shipper to pick up the merchandise and do an inspection and return it to me so I can file a claim for the damage.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping and handling. We do not pay shipping cost for returned items.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
